From 1953-64 Ferrari built the SWB model which truly put Ferrari on the center stage. It was their most acknowledged line. It was the first Ferrari to have four wheel disc brakes. Later that season for a second consecutive win at Goodwood, driver Sterling Moss took a victory by lapping the entire field. Then it won all over the rest of the season.
The car weighs only 2,314 pounds which equates to a very high power to weight ratio. Its top speed reached 152 and it hit 60 from a dead stop in 6.2 seconds. All of these figures were superb in 1960.

It is said that owners of this car had the luxury and thrill of being able to drive it to the race track, unload their luggage and be ready to race with minimal or no modifications. Out of the ten Greatest Ferraris of all time, Motor Trend ranked this one 5th. Sports Car International placed it at 7 Top Sports Cars of the 60′s. Mark A Cella gave it first place of his 1960′s Muscle Car Picks, second is the 67 Corvette Sting Ray and third being the cherished 1968 Chevy Camaro.

Driving with no insurance is a very dangerous thing to do. It might save someone a few dollars each month but if they are pulled over the consequences will definitely outweigh saving just a few dollars. It is illegal and could be very costly. Yes, there is a slight chance that the driver will not get puller over, but if they do, it could be life changing.
Taking this chance is not worth it. Driving with financial responsibility just makes the ride from point A to point B much smoother and with a lot less worries.
Driving without being insured is very costly. If found guilty of driving without insurance there will be many penalties to face. Some of which include court imposed fines that can range anywhere from 100-1000 dollars. Many courts also reserve the right to seize the drivers vehicle tags as well as the vehicle itself. And getting the car out of impound will cost even more money. Some courts have zero tolerance for someone who was caught without proof of insurance they will just be sent to jail.
If a person is pulled over without insurance, that person may have to attend court in order to provide the proof of insurance that shows validity on the date the driver was ticketed. If this cannot be produced, then the driver will incur penalties that will stay on their driving record for up to ten years depending on the state. And if there was an accident involved it could be a criminal offense which will be on their driving record forever.
However, if they was involved in an accident as opposed to being pulled over, the consequences will be much worse if they has no insurance. If there was an accident involved and the driver had no insurance, then that driver would have to pay for the damages and injuries themselves. This could be a huge financial burden for many people considering the high cost of car repairs and medical bills.
And not to mention, after all these things that can happen when driving without insurance, they may also have a much more difficult time trying to find insurance after they were caught not having insurance. Many insurance companies will see that the driver had missed payments with his last insurance company or that he never paid on time so they had to cancel his policy, and will refuse to insure his vehicle.
Driving without insurance is very dangerous and should be avoided at all costs. It may be a little difficult for some people financially to come up with money each month to pay for their insurance, but it is much more difficult to come up with thousands of dollars to pay for fines, medical bills, and car repairs. This just gives drivers a little something to consider before stepping into their vehicle.
